A: Confirm the technology and machine configuration -----confirm price----sign contract and make PI---send down payment - start to make machine---inform you before machine finish-you come to our factory to check the machine---you accept the machine ----finish payment-exporting---send our technicians to your factory install the machine---answer your question all the using time and supply spare parts with cost only.
Q: Do you have a technical engineer come to our factory and install the machine?
A: Yes. Before shipping the machine, we have a machine-test and we will send the test video to our buyer. After that, we will send our engineer to buyer's factory to install and test the machines. Meanwhile, we will teach workers about the machine operation and maintenance.
Q: If I buy your machines, can I get any other services?
A: Yes. If the customer buy our machine, we will provide 1 year machine guarantee and wear-out spare parts for free. What's more, our sales staff and technician will offer online service 24 hours a day to solve your problems.
Q: I want to have a cheaper price, how can I get it?
A: Our machine can be customized, and the price is negotiable. If you want to have a cheaper price, please contact the sales person to discuss the details of the machine configuration, and they will provide you the most favorable price.
